With 3 sites of varying sizes underway, they are building a pipeline of further sites and in line with this are looking to recruit a Land Buyer to join their close knit, family feel team.In this role you will be based from the office near Bracknell and head up the commercial team as Commercial Manager within the business. You will be mainly office based but required to visit sites. You will oversee all commercial activity including budgeting current and upcoming sites, creating cost plans for potential site, reporting figures, budgeting subcontractors. You will work alongside the Operations Manager, Land Team and Managing Director. You will need to have a quantity surveying background. This is a great opportunity for a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor looking to take the step up or for an existing Commercial Manager to join an ambitious, growing company.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an exciting, expanding housing developer in a role with varied workload, huge progression potential, a close knit team and a fantastic salary and package.
