This is a unique opportunity for a Graduate or Junior AMS Verification Engineer to join an highly experienced and expert team working on advanced technology for 5G RF IC Design for the cellular market. They are looking for someone with great passion and work ethic to join their established team in their design centre located South East of London! Responsibilities include:Working with RFIC designers to develop and verify behavioural models for RF and mixed signal blocksFunctional verification of RF and mixed signal IP at chip/SoC levelContributing to design and development of our verification environment and flowsWorking with state-of-the-art technologies and verification techniquesThe successful AMS Verification Engineer will be industry degree qualified with experience in; Verilog, UVM, System Verilog (and their AMS extensions such as Verilog AMS). An understanding of Analog and Digital IC Design is required as well as behavioural modelling concepts for Analog/Digital systems. Experience in UVM-based test bench development, functional coverage and constrained random testing alongside knowledge of TCL/Perl are all desirable.
