This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, vibrant and innovative business operating within the employee benefits, corporate perks and reward & recognition sectors, they provide custom websites to some of the UK's largest employers.

Based from our Shrewsbury office, with hybrid working an option, you will have responsibility for the print and digital design; booklets, leaflets, flyers as well as the front-end view of our employee benefits website which is an exciting greenfield opportunity for a complete visual redesign.

About You

- You are a Graphic/Web Designer with strong digital design experience, especially responsive web design

- You have fantastic conceptual skills and are experienced at creating campaign ideas that are designed for use online and in print

- You are creative

- You are attentive to detail

- You are confident in selling in your work

- You turn ideas into compelling mockups and prototypes

- You can collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellent results

- You have a sense of ownership over your work, and the results it generates

Essential Skills

- Creating responsive experiences across desktop, mobile and tablet

- UI/UX experience

- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)

- Creating layered design concepts using Adobe XD (or alternative such as Sketch, Figma)

- Graphic design for print (booklets, posters, leaflets etc)

Helpful Skills

- Knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1

- Experience with a Framework, e.g. Angular, Bootstrap, React, jQuery etc

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS3 and JS

Your application must include a portfolio of your work, both print and digital, and showcase your responsive web design skills.

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (dependent upon skills and experience)

They are currently transitioning their ownership structure to that of a business owned by its employees through an Employee Ownership Trust. This process should be completed by the end of 2022. From there on the business will be run solely for the benefit of employees not shareholders, with employees benefitting from annual tax-free bonuses and the potential long term proceeds from any future sale of the business.
