An exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Assistant to join an innovative housebuilder who pride themselves on their quality builds and forward thinking culture.

Established over 10 years ago this leading housebuilder specialise in housing developments from concept through to completion. This growing company has double turnover in the last 18 months, and are looking to continue growth which is backed up by a 5 year growth plan. They believe in creating more than just quality homes, they believe in creating communities. This developer work on a range of different projects including small and bespoke developments and also larger housing developments with both private and social housing plots.

This is a great opportunity for a Customer Care Assistant who is looking to join a growing developer and progress their career through to directorship as the company grows, all whilst working alongside a close knit team.

In this role you will be office based with the occasional site visit. Your duties will include Assisting the Customer Care Manager on the day-to-day management of the Customer Care department, Taking calls from valued purchasers and dealing with queries and reported items, Record Customer Care activity for on-going analysis, Help manage follow up calls with customer and contractors, Assist the Customer Care Manager to ensure all Customer Care works are completed within specified timescales.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Customer Care department, with a Residential housebuilder, looking to progress their career with a growing company.
