I am currently working with a collaboration of 7 NHS Trusts that are looking to secure an experienced NHS IT Project Manager to support with the delivery of their Digital Diagnostic Programme.Suitable candidates must have worked on large scale, cross organisation NHS projects previously to be considered.Other desired skills include: Ability to work at pace, being proactive in putting yourself in front of people (not managing through emails) and tight management of stakeholder including 3rd Party Vendors and across clinical, operational and IT Teams.The role in Brief: Understand the IT and "business" requirements to deliver Multi Trust Diagnostics Projects for Imaging / PathologyWork closely with the Solution Architect(s) to suitably understand the technical designs that support the aboveForm close and productive relationships with assigned Project Executives (Clinical and Digital)Attend/set up project meetings including weekly Working Groups and Monthly Project BoardsChair "MDT" project meetings as requiredRecord minutes/action/risks actions for each project meeting and publish to attendeesPrepare and maintain the following project artefacts: PID, Project Plan, Risk log, Action Tracker, Fortnightly Highlight ReportsEnsure that Change is coordinated and agreed by the relevant Change AuthorityProvide and partake in IT Safety regulatory requirements prior to each go live deployment as followsThis is an initial 3 month contract but has the scope to run into FY 23/24. The role is hybrid and candidate must be able to commute to London when required. The daily rate is £425 outside IR35.Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
