We currently have a live role available working as a Level 3 SharePoint Support Engineer. You will be required to provide primarily SharePoint and SQL support. The role will involve incident management on our clients' live system, on incidents that have been escalated from 1/2nd line resources that are often remotely based environments and supporting the site staff.

We are looking for dependable and experienced support staff that are not afraid to own problems and incidents and deliver solutions to issues. The team provides what the customer refers to as a Level 3 support. This translates as a mix between a 2nd/3rd line support team. The support is covering core hours 37 hours per week. It will be a 6 month contract with on site working required.

In this exciting and collaborative role, you will provide recommendations on the design, development, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint services and solutions.

Daily responsibilities (SQL Server, SharePoint) will include:

*Providing day-to-day support of the SQL Server environment including a number of backend databases supporting the overall infrastructure, including performance tuning, high availability and disaster recovery measures.

*Design, deploy, maintain, optimize & automate SharePoint farms and other SharePoint dedicated infrastructure.

*Performing migrations and synchronization of content between different versions of SharePoint and other solutions.

*Manage problems / incidents in an agile environment focussing upon the rapid development and deployment of continuous delivery.

Skills (Mandatory):

*SharePoint 2013 and experience working with relational databases (Querying, scripting experience with SQL server and content management).

*Server 2012

*Microsoft Identity Manager
