An Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Construction Graduate to kickstart their career in the Construction industry and progress through the ranks whilst working hands on in a autonomous environment.

This reputable property developer specialises in new build developments and offer a full turnkey service from build to sell. Their current developments sizes range from 4 to 50 across 7 developments. They pride themselves on their builds and ensure that each developments layout and design is unique to the local character of each location. They are currently going through a growth period and intend to increase their number of units to 100 per year. They have a pipeline of another 12 developments coming up to help them complete this.

In this role, with support from a senior, you will be involved in Managing Multiple Projects, making sure then are completed on time and to budget, Sub-Contractor Management, Attending Pre-start Client meetings, Ensuring Health and Safety is being adhered to on site, Contract Management, chase agents and solicitors for sales progression.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a keen interest in property and construction looking to progress their career through a on the job training. The candidate must show they are willing to advance and grow alongside the success of this company.
