An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with High-End Residential Refurbishment experience to join a luxury High-End Company and work on on a range of Bespoke projects in and around Central London.

This Residential Refurbishment Company specialise in high end luxury refurbs in and around Central London. They offer a full turnkey service and work on projects from concept through to completion. Their projects consist, mainly, of refurbishments of Penthouses and apartments with project values up to 3 Million. Due to their reputation and uniqueness this company have a good pipeline of work and loyal clients. Due to an influx of projects and growth this company are looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity surveyor who is looking to join a High End Company based in Central London and work on a range of diverse bespoke projects.

In this role your duties will include but not be subject to Producing tenders for projects, preparing subcontractor packages, sub-Contractor ordering and management, regular cost reports, Liaising with Site team from pre to post construction and creating budgets, working on contracts with any variations.

The ideal candidate will have Quantity surveying experience with a bespoke developer who is ready for a challenge working on unique one-off projects.
