In this Product Manager role you will be pivotal to the development and evolution of their software products and will play a role in ensuring they continue to build best in class Products as they scale. Work closely with their in-house engineering teams and will share their goal of successfully evolving and improving their market leading cloud hosted SaaS platform, where their goal is to drive ongoing enhancement of product capabilities for their clients, deliver the best user experience and compete to win versus their competitors.Ultimately, their goal is to transform the Asset Management industry through technology, and they aim to achieve this by continually improving the software and products they build for their extensive client base.Location: Remote, once based in Ireland or can attend their offices Dublin City location. As a Product Manager you will take ownership of your team's product road map and manage the end to end delivery of new features. To be successful, you will collaborate with a talented team of engineering, commercial, and product colleagues. Become an expert on customers, by analysing data, curating feedback across multiple channels, and by speaking directly to customers. 5+ years' experience working in a Product Manager role, ideally in a scaling tech or financial services organisation.

Demonstrable experience of managing end-to-end Product Lifecycles

Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership

Prior experience working in agile methodologies is essential

Proven track record of delivering software solutions with a client-first mindset

Experience with different types of software delivery (SaaS, On-Prem, Desktop, Web, in-house, for clients) is preferred

Experience in the Asset Management / Fund Management industry and or wider Financial Services essential

Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills

Creative thinker with a vision

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

*Comfortable representing the product internally and externally with customers

*Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to push the product forward

*You measure success through shipped software and understand how to scale commercial SaaS products from inception to full enterprise adoption

*You can point to specific examples where you have shipped a meaningful feature, particularly under challenging circumstances (e.g. tight deadlines, competing priorities, etc)

*Experience working on a highly technical product and/or you have a strong technical background

*Organized, structured thinker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to bring clarity of thought and adept at adjusting to your audience

*Ability to work through others to achieve the necessary results, influence teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, using data and logic

*Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative

*Proven ability to engage with engineers, customers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
