Our client in the Media sector is looking for an Adobe Full Stack Developer.This is to be based in Dubai. They will consider applicants who are already based in Dubai, or looking to relocate. What you'll do: As a Adobe Full Stack Developer, you'll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to create world-class web experiences and ensure top-notch, end-to-end solutions.Day-to-day, your role includes: Devising modern and maintainable code-based solutions for high-value business requirementsStaying up-to-date on emerging technologies and techniquesServing as a thought leader and recognized subject matter expert within your fieldDefining technology standards and setting the technical direction for the teamEnsuring that all team members are adhering to technology quality standardsOrchestrating code reviews and strategically delegating tasks to junior team membersLeading by example and motivating the people around you to work betterMoving your development team forward and operating effectively in ambiguous situationsActively mentoring team members in areas of code quality, risk mitigation, and time managementAssuming a visible role in cultivating a healthy engineering cultureKeying in on big-picture business objectives and crafting appropriate technical solutionsHelping client teams navigate trade-offs associated with alternate technical approachesEnsuring that all web experiences created by the team are performant, secure, and accessiblePartnering with other capabilities to drive process improvementsWriting technical documentation and specifications to be shared internally or with clientsWe're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:At least four years to six years of web development experienceIntellectual curiosity, passion, inventiveness, and a desire to learn and grow.Expert-level command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptInnate understanding of usability and visual designMastery of modern front-end frameworks, build tools, and responsive web design techniquesRobust experience developing AEM components and layouts using dialogs, clientlibs, and various templating techniquesDeep familiarity with the CRX and other tools available in the core AEM implementationAbility to integrate AEM with other Adobe Products (Analytics, Launch, Campaign, Target, DTM, etc.)Ability to build out front and back end experiences on MagentoAbility to develop and set up Adobe CampaignExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDeep understanding of Accessibility standards and advanced experience working on their respective implementationsVast experience implementing different analytics solutions in web sitesPositive attitude towards both work and peopleMotivation to work independently, as well as part of a teamAbility to prioritize tasks for the team, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency with at least one content management systemProficiency designing a robust and maintainable UI architectureExperience managing small teams of developersUnderstanding how data is exchanged between application layersKnowledge of relational and non-relational databasesSkilled in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersGot what it takes?Send your CV to [email protected]
