Our innovative start-up client is currently searching for a VP Technology Development to develop and revisit technology development strategy with senior management. Creating methodology for technology development for manufacturing partners will be required as well as developing technology road-maps for different applications. Supporting the CEO and CTO in technical due diligence with potential customers and investors will be an important part of the role. Required skills for the VP Technology Development will include:Strong NVM technology development experience Experience of leading technology development teamsFlash, SONOS, emerging memory technology knowledgeStrong background in semiconductor Process integration and DeviceM.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering / Semiconductor Physics Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
