Grade C - £30,022 (National Framework) or £35,040 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £514 per annum for those working from home
Contract type: Fixed term, secondment for 12 months

You'll have direct impact on improving our services, which support the provision of health and social care in England. You'll have the chance to work with and influence the work of a team of user researchers. A Senior Performance Analyst will also support you in your role. What we can offer you... What you will bring... You have experience and knowledge of performance analysis techniques and tools, and know how and when to use them. You understand how to work with user researchers and service teams to identify improvements. You have a keen interesting in using your skills to help teams meet user needs. You should also have experience of managing several pieces of work at the same time, along with the skills to communicate your findings. Note for external candidates: CQC are currently working through an organisational transformation programme which includes the creation of a new target operating model.
