THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a new Data and Analytics Director to work on a very exciting, global, disruptive, entertainment client team.  This is an opportunity to work within a team that has been custom built around the client needs to support the next era of entertainment. A team where data is at the core of what they do, uncovering data-driven insights to inform the marketing, creative messaging and media strategy.
  
The main objective of the role will be to support in managing, operating and scaling the client owned centralised data and reporting solution, including its effectiveness, accuracy, adoption and automation.
  
Key responsibilities include: Management and support members of the team based in the UK and offshore Setting the Annual Data and Analytics roadmap and deliverables Lead conversations with the client and internal teams on existing and new dashboarding requirements. Responsible for building data and analytics strategies, measurement frameworks, analytics modelling, as well as setting measurement KPIs for campaign and business goals. Work alongside the Program Manager to develop project plans and roadmaps for new data onboarding, visualisations and dashboard solutions.  Work closely with other teams, to develop and optimise processes to ensure accurate data flow. Build relationships with the supplier team and encourage the development of new features that will scale reporting to the next level. Build and execute training plans to ensure high adoption rates.    
THE PERSON

You will be an experienced data analyst, at managerial level, coming from a media agency type environment.
  
Essential requirements include: Minimum of 7 year´s experience in paid digital media analytics and reporting/dashboarding solution architecture, data governance, data modelling and requirements analysis gained within a media agency environment Minimum 3 years managing a data and analytics teams who are responsible for global reporting solutions across programmatic, search and social media channels Experience with various Business Intelligence and dashboarding tools, and delivering great data visualisation solutions A clear understanding of agile SDLC and project management Experience delivering complex technical content, in a coherent, accessible and inspiring way, to large non-technical audiences Great client relationship management, through new strategies and innovative ideas This is a hybrid role, where you´ll be in fun, open and modern office space 2 days a week, to collaborate with, support and help develop your team.  The office has its own site canteen and is also close to lots of local eateries, businesses and shopping, offering discounts to employees of this organisation.  The role is paying up to 70k pa as a starting salary, where regular reviews will see this increase quickly as you succeed in the role.
