Lead Technical Support Engineer
Hybrid - Bristol
£28,000 - £32,000 + Pension + Training + Progression
Excellent opportunity for an Lead Technical Support Engineer to join a stable company offering long term progression, hybrid working and huge amounts of training.
This company takes pride is delivering the best design experience for its customers. Providing professional software for companies to create their products, from Formula 1 cars, satellites and planes to games console and smartphones.
In this role you will join their IT Engineering team and provide technical support for all aspects of their existing IT infrastructure and assist in the development and upgrade of their IT systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365 and also provide support for Linux systems (Redhat and Ubuntu). You will have aspirations to stay with a company long term and progress from Lead Support Engineer to either management or a technically senior position.
