Privileged Access Management Business Analyst

International Banking Group - EC2Y / Moorgate

to £710pd to Umbrella (Inside IR35)*

Initial 6 Month Contract, Hybrid Working Model**

As an award-winning and preferred recruitment partner to one of the world's most trusted banking groups for more than ten years, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a contract Business Analyst to support the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM), specialising in Privileged Access Management (PAM).

You will work with PAM Technical Leads to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that will influence how PAM should work within the organisation. This will include working with wider IT Security, Risk and Compliance to interpret policies and standards.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience

-PAM Business Analysis and/or technical/functional design and implementation experience

-Defining, assessing, and governing processes, procedures, and controls for PAM

-Configuring and integrating PAM within the financial services or banking sector

-Delivering PAM to meet compliance requirements

-Proven experience working on a PAM Solutions

-Designing secure patterns for Identity Flows

-Provisioning of accounts in PAM solution if needed

-Security risk and implementation of mitigating controls

-Supporting the team with process, run books and on-boarding documentation

-Account management within highly complex environments

-Best practice approaches to security assurance and the application of security frameworks

-Planning / prioritising multiple workstreams in response to rapidly developing/changing portfolios

-Supplier and Third-Party Risk Management

-Active Directory Understanding (Basic to Intermediate)

*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is offered on a PAYE basis (via an umbrella company). The day rate is budgeted up to £710.15pd and this is the total amount we would pay your nominated umbrella. It is inclusive of holiday accrual and employer pension contributions. All statutory deductions (both Employers and Employee NI, Income Tax, Apprenticeship Levy, etc.) will be deducted from this figure.

**Hybrid Working: Our client has a hybrid working model. You will be expected to spend two days a week on-site in their London EMEA HQ near Moorgate Tube. The remainder can be spent working remotely from home, or if preferred in the office.
