One of our clients are looking for an experienced DV cleared PMO Manager to join them on a contract basis.

Remote with 1 day a week expected on site in Berkshire

Until the end of March 23 initially

The PMO Manager is required to support the Defence Nuclear Organisation, Warhead Stockpile Management Team, manage and facilitate a high performing Project Office covering a portfolio of technical projects within the In-Service Warhead Programme, including support to safety assurance and nuclear capability management. Responsibilities include:

*Resource Management of the WSM resource pool of engineers and project managers, coordinating overloading issues, split between project and BAU allocations and conflicts between priority work

*Providing briefing via MI to WSM Senior Leadership Team and above (i.e. WHD and Portfolio team) including the management and production of briefing materials and dashboards

*Design, delivery and management of governance arrangements within WSM (inc Stage Gate reviews, project artefacts and programme board delivery)

*Coordination (via WSM Risk Manager) of risk reporting and project reporting (via WSM Project Mangers) at monthly programme status boards.

*Monitoring and management of WSM portfolio to time, cost, quality parameters
