A leader within the Financial Services world are currently looking for a Head of Business Systems to sit within a new, developing arm of their business all focused around new and developing technology. They are looking for a leader that has worked and developed systems previously from CRM systems to call centre systems - working to develop them with the business and help to improve the ways of working, whilst reporting directly into C-Suite.

The aim of the role is to significantly support the drive to transform their capabilities to help grow and thrive in a digitised-based future. At the heart of that goal is the need to modernise and transform their technology, processes, systems and the capabilities of the team that supports them. The need to embed a service-led, digital and agile mindset/ways of working is paramount, to ensuring that the solutions and services utilised to support our customers, stakeholders, colleagues and investors is done so through clearer defined customer/user engagement, experience and journey structures.

You will be an accomplished authority on technical adoption and best practice including but not limited to Dynamics 365; CRM & Cloud technologies; SaaS; IPaaS; integrations: point to point, middleware, programmatic; Enterprise Systems; databases; data modelling and operations; process mapping, ERP and digital business systems.

As a subject matter expert and an instinctive horizon-scanner for future trends and developments in business technology products, your experience and professional credibility will allow you to quickly take your place in the IT senior leadership team.
