Senior Quantity Surveyor £60,000-£70,000 + Car Allowance Bournemouth An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Residential experience to join an Award winning house developer who pride themselves on building quality prestigious developments. Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a residential background looking for your next challenge? Are you looking to join a company with a clear five year growth plan? This award winning housebuilder specialise in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. This company have managed to thrive since the pandemic and have a five year growth plan with will increase their current plots per year by 100. Although they have major growth plans they are determined to commit to their original focus of building prestigious developments. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity surveyor who is looking to join a High Quality Developer with and play their part in the success in a growing company. In the role you will be in charge of 3 to 4 developments at any given time. Your duties will include but not be subject to the whole procurement process from tender enquiries, appraisals and order placement all the way to valuation processing and final accounts. You will also be doing monthly valuations (CBR), attending development meetings and chairing where necessary. The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveyor experience with a Residential housebuilder who is looking to contribute to a companies continued success.
