Are you a Lead Manufacturing / Production Engineer with experience dealing with a variety of production lines or projects looking to manage a small but rapidly expanding bespoke manufacturer in the Construction / Engineering sector where you will work alongside a small technical team in a state of art Manufacturing facility?

This is a great opportunity for a Lead Manufacturing / Production Engineer to work on Continuous Improvement projects from cradle to grave within a growing & leading manufacturing company who's products are used worldwide.

This company have grown from strength to strength after a recent investment of £2.5million in the last two years, due to growth in product range and orders the company are looking to grow their team with someone to lead the Continuous Improvement of the plant.

This role will suit a Lead Manufacturing / Production Engineer who has a good grasp of manufacturing processes and has prior experience leading Continuous Improvement Projects and managing a small team of Maintenance Engineers.

The Role:Days based Monday to Friday managing the overview of the CAPEX / OPEX projectsInitiating and leading Continuous Improvement ProjectsIdentifying performance improvement opportunities and proposing solutions to the Plant Manager

The Person:Previous experience working as a Lead Manufacturing / Production EngineerManufacturing backgroundLooking for a long term career role with a market leading, world renowned company
