Come and discover what's refreshingly different about Eckoh.The Role:In your role as a Software QA Analyst, you will work closely with our development, account management, ITS and project management teams to help them deliver high quality software. You will be testing our Voice (IVR), Web, Mobile, Omni and Payment applications to ensure they operate as designed with minimal defects.We are looking for someone who is innately curious about technology, is methodical in their approach to testing, will be responsible for design, implementation and execution of tests as defined in the test plan.
