£50000 + Profit share + Flexible working + Relocation assistance + Pension + holiday

Excellent opportunity for a manufacturing manager/ leader who is open to relocating to join an impressive manufacturer who will offer you a fully autonomous role where you can stamp your mark on the manufacturing team.

In this role you will take full responsibility for the manufacturing function. This will include developing the process and the people to produce work class instrumentation inline with the companies high standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills and have been in a manufacturing leadership role.Aberystwyth is a beautiful part of the world that world, to assist relocators they would offer relocation assistance.

The role:

*Manage the manufacturing team including logistics and stores.

*Setting up departmental objectives.

*Research new manufacturing techniques

*Build and oversee client relationships

*Drives innovation whilst maintaining standards.

*Manufacturing leadership experience.

*Strong people management skills.
