Responsibilities: Lead a team of Salesforce admins and developers to provide innovative solutions Create roadmaps and execute customer data solutions within CRMCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive Salesforce automation and processes to improve operational efficiencies. Streamline the SFDC support and process for the company.Handle basic administrative functions including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, sharing rules, field security, and permission sets in SalesforceComplete regular internal system audits and prepares the organization for upgradesEstablish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activitiesAssist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.Coordinate integrations to Salesforce Qualifications: 6+ years as a Salesforce leader who has managed a team of salesforce admins and developers (Lightning)5+ years of experience managing vendorsStrong communication and ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder conversationsSalesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certifiedProven ability to execute third-party integrations without disruptionStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to lead others to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.Salesforce CPQ, Community/Experience Cloud(s)Salesforce CRM implementation backgroundIntegration Platform (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, open-source) Mason Frank International is the global leader for Salesforce.com recruitment, supporting more Salesforce.com jobs than any other agency.
