They are looking at hiring a .Net Developer of all levels. This role sits within the Development Team, within which there are 7 pods that focus on different areas. You will come up with a design and implement the solution. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days per week in the Bournemouth office. The RoleThis role is varied, please find below some of the main responsibilities this role will entail:As a Senior within the team, you could be working with 5 developers, getting involved in team planning, stories from business, selecting stories or features, analysing & understand requirements from business/BA/PO, technical design, writing code, and working with tester explaining the functionality. Write documentation. Troubleshooting and keeping functionality alive. If goes the wrong fix it. Consult client services on how to use it better.Understand the legacy design, and understand limitations.Unit Test, Integration Test.UI creationMentoring / Management - Peer reviews / code reviews. Develop juniors. If you don't want to mentor, that's fine too.Stakeholder Management - Working with a variety of stakeholders within the business; BA's, Business Experts, Client Services, Testers, Team Leads, and Product owners.
