£60,000 - £65,000 + Great Benefits Package

An excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential developer in a role with large complex projects, autonomy and support in professional development alongside a fantastic salary.

On offer is the chance to join a great company with an opportunity hit the ground running by getting straight onto site. You'll working in a role with autonomy and receive support for professional development where needed.

This well established company specialise in residential development across the UK working on both new build and conversion projects with a pipeline of over £1bil of property to deliver over the next 3 years. This company work on large scale, multi million pound developments both within cities and across the countryside.

In this role you will be responsible for developing budgets for projects and breaking down into various packages, managing Bill of Quantities, coordinating tenders, procuring contracts, negotiating and managing those contracts, dealing with valuations and variations, managing overall costs of projects and dealing with subcontractors and their payments. You will need to have experience working on large projects with a main contractor for this role. You will also need a full UK licence for visits to site..

The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with significant experience within residential development / worked previously for a main contractor, looking for a site based role with development opportunities.
