Golang Developer London to £80k
Golang Developer (IoT AWS Multithreading Linux Go Java C++ Python). Do you want to have a real impact on a thriving, profitable start-up as a Golang Developer?
You could be joining a fast growing, well-funded, and innovative tech company that is using robots for the food and restaurant industry. The company has ambitious plans to improve restaurant chains by automating food preparation processes.
As a Golang Developer, you will join the backend team as the most senior member and will help build out a successful engineering team. Reporting into the Head of Software, you will create distributed systems for controlling and managing the robots by designing and implementing solutions utilising Golang. Other areas you will be involved in include IoT infrastructure, API design and implementation, integration with 3rd party platforms and communication between the robot network and AWS platform.
You'll be joining a fun working environment in offices based in London. You will have the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week although, sometimes you will need to be in the office more as you will need to work closely with the robots. Requirements:
A talented developer who has experience building complex, high performance and scalable systems
Strong knowledge of one of the following programming languages: Golang (highly advantageous), C++, Python, Java
IoT experience is highly advantageous
Experience working with AWS
Previous worked with Linux environments
Good understanding of Multithreading
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
