Job DescriptionOur client is a Top 50 Credit Union and is one of the most respected Credit Unions in the North East. They have a very good employee-centric and tech-friendly culture. They are currently looking for a firewall administrator to perform system administration of security hardware and software, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. This role is only open to NY, NJ, and PA candidates.

Role & ResponsibilitiesAdminister, support, and troubleshoot dedicated cyber defense hardware and software solutions, including NGFW, IDS/IPS, and WAF.Perform system administration of site-to-site and remote access VPN connections to include installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and restoration.Perform required firewall software and security patches with established maintenance windows (may require after-hours support).Work collaboratively with teams to achieve project deliverables and deadlines.Act as a backup to the Cyber Network EngineerSkills & QualificationsManaging NGFWs, including ACLs, security policies, web filtering, and threat prevention.System administration of site-to-site and remote access VPN connections.Troubleshooting and diagnosing cyber defense infrastructure anomalies and work through resolution.BenefitsHealthDental VisionPension401 KStudent Loan Reimbursement
