Quantity Surveyor - EV Charging

London - Flexible with Home Working

£50,000-£55,000 + Progression + Training on EV + Flexibility + Life Insurance + Pension + 25 Days Holiday and Birthday Off!

This company are a leading and award winning EV company, who work all across Europe, specialising in the installation of commercial smart electric vehicle charging equipment. With high growth plans in place, their future is very bright and they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help them with that growth.

In this role the successful candidate support the operations team by the creation of work packages for sub-contractors, cost plans and budgets. They will maintain accurate financial control systems and ensure cost certainty from sub-contractors. This will be an office based role with hybrid options available and occasional site visits.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a qualified Quantity Surveyor with good legal and commercial understanding. They will also have experience with JCT contracts and any EV experience would be a strong advantage but not a necessity. Due to there being occasional site visits, a driving license is a necessity.

The Role:

The Person:

* 2 years' experience as a qualified Quantity Surveyor

* Legal and commercial understanding

* Experience with JCT contracts

* EV experience is an advantage but not a necessity

* Driving license
