On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Operational Support Officer for a 6 Month contract based remotely.Purpose of the Role:Running a massive programme - transformation financial crime program - gaps in procedures that need to be addressed. Case management system - bringing the new system in, testing it and running it. Making sure it fits the environment.As a Operational Support Officer you will be responsible for:within this team, you'll be responsible for supporting the initiative/ feature teams in meeting their agreed objectives; suggesting improvements, reporting on performance through metrics, and collaborating with several stakeholders to work proactively, consistently, and communicatively. You'll be carrying out trend analysis using tools, creating, and maintaining change processes/ procedures and suggesting improvements to the wider team to support the Ways of Working that enables delivery of best-in-class service.Collaboration is key. You'll be working with a range of people and teams on a daily basis, whether it's Jira or Tooling teams to support our continued evolution in ways of working, Supporting VRO (Value Realisation Office) by delivering high quality information, or the Change Development CoE to assist in promoting learning development across the Communities of Practice . The successful candidate will already have experience in working with accountable freedom; you'll be solving problems using your initiative, making well-informed decisions, and demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.What we require from the candidate:Experience of working in a regulated programme of work, where governance is requiredExperience of Financial / Economic Crime operations and/or changeHave an experienced knowledge and confidence in using Microsoft Office & Jiras/Confluence.Be a confident and clear communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to explain and provide reasoning in a professional manner.Hold excellent planning and logistical skills to support the Mission/ Community teams as required.Demonstrate self-organisation skills including workload prioritisation and day-to-day multitasking to demonstrate a capable operational support unit within the team.Be a quick learner, proving you can think on your feet with sound awareness of the impact it will have on the people around you.This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.AMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment Business
