On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst for a 6 Month contract based in remotely.Purpose of the Role:Monitoring Change delivery progress plans which will include the tracking of Objectives and Key Results and the value being delivered as well as undertaking quality assurance reviews using tools and SME knowledge to make insightful recommendations on issues that may impact the health of the initiative delivery or a processes effectiveness.Ensure the governance and respective controls are adhered to by the Delivery teams as efficiently as possible. This will be achieved by collaboratively working across the teams/ Leadership to proactively remove blockers, either by holding the relevant conversations with appropriate SMEs or escalating in a timely manner.As a Senior PMO Analyst you will be responsible for:Working with junior members of the team and delegating work load out to themAssure and lead a range of services to ensure the effective running of the end to end product lifecycle in initiatives/feature teamsAssuring and driving efficiencies in the end to end process providing insight and analysis to deliver greater value, at pace to members, colleagues and partnersEnsure the governance and respective controls are adhered to by the Delivery teams as efficiently as possibleCollaboratively working across the teams/ Leadership to proactively remove blockers, either by holding the relevant conversations with appropriate SMEs or escalating in a timely manner.What we require from the candidate:Experience of working in a regulated programme of work, where governance is requiredExperience of Financial / Economic Crime operations and/or change, especially Anti-Money Laundering is essentialExperience of using Change tools such as Jira & Confluence to manage work and report effectively and efficiently.Knowledge of programme governance, assurance and controls across a large programme of work.Excellent verbal, written and presentation delivery skills with an ability to explain decisions confidently and clearly.An in-depth understanding of risk management, control standards/ guardrails within a Delivery team.Experience of working across multiple teams/ communities.Strong negotiating, networking, and influencing skills.The ability to prioritise a busy workload and plan efficiently to meet quarter goals and objectives.Subject matter knowledge and expertise on delivery management.Excellent change initiative knowledge with extensive experience of deliveryThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.AMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment Business
