Lead Software Developer Cambridge / WfH to £80k

Lead Software Developer / Full Stack Engineer *Hybrid WfH*. Would you like to progress your career with leadership responsibilities, where you can set best practice and take ownership?

You could be joining a market leading software house whose remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

As a Lead Software Developer you will take a principal role within an Agile development team that is responsible for the company's sales and eCommerce systems; you'll estimate, prioritise and track workloads for you and your team, managing the needs of various stakeholders and keeping them up to date appropriately.

You'll be hands-on across the full development lifecycle using modern technologies with a focus on C# to create elegant designs, effective code and secure solutions.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process and you can work from home most of the time, meeting up with the team in Cambridge around once a month.

Requirements:

You have a strong C# .Net development skills and experience in at least one of the following: ASP.Net, Java, Salesforce, Apex, JavaScript, Vue.js, Python

You're able to take a lead role, mentor others and collaborate with business stakeholders to run projects

Ideally you will have experience within a SaaS environment with cloud based services in AWS or Azure and be familiar with CI/CD processes

You're a confident and pragmatic communicator, approachable and keen to help develop others in your team
