CAD Engineer (Solidworks)

£28,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Company Benefits

Shrewsbury, Shropshire (Commutable from: Telford, Market Drayton, Oswestry, Newport, and Church Stretton) Are you a CAD Engineer with Solidworks experience, looking to join an industry leading company, where you will be working on a range of their high profile projects? On offer is an exciting opportunity, where you will be working on revolutionary products from cradle to grave that are supplied worldwide, whilst also progressing through the company as they go from strength to strength. The company has led the industry over the last 20 years, where customer service is top priority and leading design is paramount. You will help enhance their design team as order books continue to grow and designs become more complex. Ideally you will have knowledge of 3D Solidworks and drawing principles from a manufacturing bias. The successful candidate will receive ongoing training to continue developing their skills. This position would suit an Engineer looking to cement a varied position with a global leader, and become a specialist within their field. The Role:Working on a range of projects from cradle to graveInterpreting project information from Technical Sales ConsultantsProduction of specialist 3D CAD drawings using SolidworksLiaising with project coordinators to deliver projects in a timely mannerFurther training and career progression available
