Position summary We are looking for a SAP IT manufacturing business analyst. He/she will be part of the SAP Manufacturing team responsible for managing all initiatives (projects, enhancements, SAP rollouts) in the manufacturing / quality area under the supervision of the SAP Manufacturing area lead. Main responsibilities * Functional & technical specs * Leading the development team and other consultants in his/her area * Implementing directly configurations (PP-WM- SD-MM - QM module) * Managing business together with BPL (business process leader) and SO (solution owner) * Executing Testing and supporting business during UAT * Validating the solution together with the SO * Supporting Data migration, data cleansing, data validation Main opportunities and challenges: Several international SAP rollouts ongoing Several local projects to manage Job position requirements Education: University master degree Engineering, Economics, Management Engineering, Mathematics Professional background (companies/roles/preferred previous experiences/years of experiences) * About 3-12 years of experience in the field. SAP Junior Consultant or senior analyst in a consultancy firm; SAP Business Analyst in a multinational company, with preference to Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing Industrial sectors; Proven experience in complex SAP Implementation projects, better if in a multinational context. Hard skills (knowledge, technical skills, languages, IT skills…) Essential: * Languages: Fluent Italian/English-speaking is required Considered as a plus: * Knowledge of other SAP module * ABAP Soft skills * Personal Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to transalte formalized Business Requirements in system solutions - Stress management, Group work & integration - Orientation to change/flexibility/innovation, Orientation to the client and Problem Solving
