Job DescriptionThe Business Applications Manager, Dynamics 365 will report to the COO and work closely with cross-functional teams including external and internal stakeholders. The primary activities of this role. You will also be responsible for analyzing assigned areas to understand, assess and identify opportunities to automate processes and functions related to this platform.

You will collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop, deliver and manage business applications that provide meaningful and actionable business insights having detailed knowledge on current business processes and cross-functional knowledge of other business areas. The BAM will also assist in business process redesign and documentation, as needed, for new technology.

Role & ResponsibilitiesThe role will start by assuming full responsibility of existing solutions in the assigned area (CRM, ERP, WMS).This will be a key role during project execution, from the development of the various solutions to the definition of new business processes and supporting the business during the change management effort.Post execution, the role will continue to be the key interface to the business partners, moving into continuous improvement and, as the business needs may dictate, the delivery of new solutions.Gather business requirements and assess applicable solutions, translation of requirements into design documents, lead implementation of identified solutions.Interface with business SMEs, technical experts, legacy application experts, external consultants and advisors and packaged software specialists.Coordinate and manage the work of external consultants and integrators.Review and provide timely feedback/approval on project deliverables.Ensure timely resolution of Issues, Action Item & Risks related to solution development and implementation.Responsible for the transition of the business processes from legacy to future state solution. Skills & Qualifications* Project management qualification (PMP).

* Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.

* Vendor management experience, especially with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

* Detail oriented with excellent organization, motivation, influencing, analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

* Ability to plan and take initiatives to accomplish objectives in timely fashion.

* Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
