Job DescriptionThe Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator position requires the candidate to have an applied understanding of multiple Microsoft technologies and skills in this role to succeed. This position involves working closely with internal customers to partner, educate and support them to with long- and short-term objectives and goals.Role & Responsibilities* Management of Day to Day CRM Platform Upkeep and validating that the problems are resolved in a timely manner.

* Identifying and correcting errors made by system users, and communicating them to users in a friendly, helpful manner.

* Responsible for management of access to Enterprise Systems including users, profiles, and roles to assist with onboarding/offboarding activities as well as updating security roles as needed.

* Collaborate with most areas of the organization to find updated and innovative ways to enhance processes through the CRM platform and supported applications.

* Develop new and maintain existing Enterprise Systems integrations providing visibility in the CRM UI to our external applications for internal customers.

* Central Point of Contact for day-to-day support requests related to CRM processes, alterations, and questions about the platform.

* Educate and assist with internal training and documentation for CRM and supported applications.

* Must be able to create and maintain CRM page layouts, build custom workflow, familiarity with validation rules, event triggers, email alerts, common record types, and maintain existing workflow processes within CRM.

* Familiarity with data quality processes by discovering, cleansing, and updating inaccurate data, as well as assisting team(s) with bulk record changes or data pulls as needed.

* Identify key opportunities to leverage metrics and data within the CRM to define useful Reporting, KPIs, and improve ROI of the CRM Platform and provide meaningful reporting from CRM.

* Must have knowledge of system upgrades and migrations to the Microsoft CRM platform as well as ensuring existing plugin code, JS, and Reporting can be migrated effectively and efficiently.

* Develop new and manage existing integrations across all supported internal Enterprise System applications that connect to the CRM platform.

* Ideal candidate is fluent in SQL so that they not only understand the backend of the CRM database when questions arise but can additionally create new reporting and analysis from the information stored within CRM.Skills & Qualifications* Experience working with on Microsoft Dynamics technologies.

* Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.

* Experience working on C# projects.

* Experience working with full lifecycle CRM (deployment and migration of existing deployments to newer version(s) of the software).

* Experience with Visual Studio, SSMS, SVN, C#.NET, Git, and JS.

* Experience with integrations of disparate systems using Talend/Tibco-Insight/or Native options such as SSIS.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
