Security Operations Engineer / DevSecOps Remote UK / WFH to £650 p/day
Security Operations Engineer / DevSecOps *Remote WFH 6 month contract £650 p/day outside IR35*. Start-up FinTech that is has a socially responsible credit management app in Beta is seeking a technologist with security expertise.
As a Security Operations Engineer / DevSecOps you will ensure that security is a paramount consideration in all company operations. You'll have a broad scope including managing CI/CD pipelines including automated tests and deployments; implementation of monitoring and alerts; management of the Cloud based infrastructure (Heroku); implementation of security controls and best practices; automated threat and vulnerability testing - you'll advise on best practice collaborating with software and data engineers.
Following a remote interview process you can work from anywhere in the UK (or you can pop into the London based office depending on your preference).
Requirements:
You have a strong knowledge of security standards and best practices
You have a good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, threat and vulnerability testing, cloud based services
You're likely to have an Infrastructure / DevOps background
You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
