Director of Business Applications Technologies: Salesforce, NetSuite, WorkdayJob Type: PermanentLocation: Remote with quarterly travelDate Posted: July 13, 2022 An enterprise level cybersecurity company is hiring a Director of Business Applications to lead the business applications department. Reporting into the VP, Enterprise Applications, this position will have a high level of visibility, responsible for managing a multi-million dollar budget and working intelligently with vendors and stakeholders to accomplish key strategic priorities set for the Business Applications Department. Job Requirements:10-15 years' experience in an IT focused role5 or more years of people and budget management experience in IT is strongly desiredHigh level understanding and expertise of the Salesforce CRM platform is required, and a solid understanding of NetSuite and Workday is strongly desiredExperience working cross-departmentally and directing digital transformation initiatives for Sales, Service, Marketing, HR, Channels, and FinanceBig-4 consulting experience, Six-Sigma experience, and Agile experience is heavily consideredStrong foundation in Enterprise Architecture and able to guide best practices for integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday Essential Functions:Liaise with business stakeholders and members of the executive board to conceptualize and implement solutions to a robust business applications stackManage high level technical resources and provide guidance and resources necessary to execute technical requirementsIdentify key success measurables and deliver on those metricsGuide change management initiatives and be an evangelist of digital transformation within your departmentStrategically align with vendors to augment your efforts towards digital transformationPartner with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure it is tested and scaled in line with business application growth Total compensation is negotiable based on experience including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and more.
