Principal Consultant - Remote

We're working with a market leading consultancy - specialising in Microsoft Azure Platform solutions - who are looking for a Principal Consultant to join their growing team.

In this role, you will not only be working with cutting edge technology, but also have access to unrivalled training/development opportunities and the chance to work alongside experts/MVP's too. Working within a rapidly changing market, they also ensure you're kept up to date with latest certifications & exams and try to heavily promote a culture for learning. By helping their consultants develop their skills & providing a high level of service for clients, they have also managed to achieve both Microsoft Gold Partner and Databricks Partner status.

Working within this environment, you'll be exposed to a variety of different projects which could include building big data pipelines to automate production of parallel data warehouses, or crafting deep neutral networks for their larger clients - so new challenges every day!

Skill-set -

We're looking for people to have a variety of experience and a good mix of the below skills:

• Azure technology stack - including Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics
• Strong SQL experience
• Azure Databricks (essential)
• Python (essential)
• Power BI
• Previous consulting experience would be highly beneficial

Other skills that would be beneficial/technology they're working with:

• Apache Spark / Distributed compute
• Kafka / Azure Stream Analytics / Service Bus / Event Hubs / IoT Hubs
• Docker / Kubernetes / Container Services
• CosmosDB / Redis / Elasticsearch
• C#

Location - this is a fully remote role and we're looking to speak with candidates across the UK (you must be based in the UK for this role).
