Estates Building Energy Performance Manager (Training Available)£40,000 - £50,100 + 38 Days Holiday + 15% Private Pension + Full Training through technical courses + Career Progression + Full autonomyOffice and Home-based commutable from Gloucestershire, Cheltenham and surrounding areas Are you from an Estates, Building Services, Energy, or Performance background looking to join manage bespoke large-scale buildings whilst being given technical training via external courses and further career progression to take on more responsibilities whilst having full autonomy to manage, implement and improve processes to reduce energy usage and environmental impact? This is a great opportunity where you will become the go-to technical specialist with full autonomy to manage your diary and projects with the objective to reduce emissions and put strategies together to have left of a carbon impact, with the view to be further invested in and progress your career. This company has 600 employees spread across four locations and a fifth being purpose-built, and are looking to become one of the leaders in reducing emissions and negative carbon effect. This role will suit someone from an Estates, Building Services, Energy, or Performance background looking for full autonomy and the ability to see projects from cradle to grave.
