Business Readiness Manager - inside IR35 - 12 months - Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Business Readiness Manager:

Skills required for the job

* Supporting all levels of business readiness and change activity on the programme for a single or multiple units.

* Have a hands-on approach to business engagement working with business partners to deliver and report on their plans alongside programme activities.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with Transformation leads in the business and SMEs as applicable to ensure the delivery of the change.

* Championing the change by driving best practice and consistency

* Providing insight on progress to the leadership, actively troubleshooting where we need more focus to deliver.

* Ability to build relationships and work with large functional and matrix teams, possibly in different locations

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

* Excellent active listening skills

* Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal across stakeholder groups

* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

* Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges holding people to account where necessary
