Graduate Electrical Design Engineer (Career Progression)£28,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression to Technical Lead + 33 Days Holiday + Bespoke Military ProjectsOffice and occasionally site-based, commutable from Weston-Super-Mare, Taunton, Stogursey, Othery and surrounding areas. Are you an Electrical Engineering graduate looking to work for a renowned specialist in the Defence industry, where you will be given the opportunity to train your skills to be seen as a technical expert, and subsequently offered progression into a Technical Lead role?

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and systems while gaining leading internal and external training to grow your design knowledge, and being given the authority and responsibility to lead projects further down the line - in a more senior position. This company are known to be technical experts within their industry and they thrive on delivering projects for their high calibre clients - to a military standard. Their long term contracts with the MOD, mean they are now looking to hire a candidate who wants to create a long term career and progress through the business. This role will suit an Electrical Engineering graduate who is looking to grow their technical knowledge with a high precision Defence company that is also offering the opportunity to eventually move up within the business and be recognised as a technical expert. The Role:*Working in the Office (with occasional client visits) on bespoke military projects*Working towards becoming a technical expert on a range of systems and assisting the delivery of projects from cradle to grave*Career prospects to become a Technical Lead working as the main point of contact for Electrical Design Engineering The Person:*Graduated Electrical Engineer with an understanding of electrical systems design (experience with control panels and CAD essential)*Looking for a role that with allow them to progress their career*Looking to grow their technical knowledge within full life cycle, electrical, design projects Reference Number: BBBH153397
