Are you a passionate, driven and ambitious IT Project Manager with a proven track record of working with Transformation projects, in an Agile environment then this is an amazing role for you to consider.My client works in the Financial Services space (this domain experience is not essential). A busy, fast moving environment, working with a great team of smart, collaborative and driven professionals who want to see this company grow from strength to strength. Greenfield project with loads of opportunity for your personal career development.After receiving significant funding, and going through several acquisitions they are due to double if not triple in size in the next 12-24 months. In order for them to achieve this business goal they need to automate 20/30% of their business. They are looking to improve their business processes and are going to automate several of their existing workflows. By getting good structures in place they can reduce manual processes and significantly scale their business going forward.Working as part of their existing transformation team, you will be working together to investigate all departments within the business. There will be anything from 10 to 15 projects happening at the one time. You will also be responsible for a small team who will report into you so previous people management experience is desirable however training can be provided in this area for the right candidate. You will need to take ownership of the delivery of these mission critical projects, making sure things are done and delivered, while building great relationships within the business. These projects will cover a broad scope of business areas such as Business / Operations / IT / HR etc.Your background
Proven track record of IT Project Management
Worked on Multiple Projects simultaneously
Experience using Jira
Practical exp with Agile / Lean (flexibility help drive a culture shift within the business to become an Agile / Lean organisation)
Change or transformation or digital projects
Used to a fast paced working environment
Friendly and collaborative nature
Stakeholder management expertise - very comfortable at managing Stakeholders
People management - useful
Financial Services - useful - things like PRIIPS KID, UCITS KIID,Solvency II,European MiFID Templates,EMT,European PRIIPS Template,EPT,SFDR,The European ESG Template,EET, Asset management /Funds/Insurance/BankingYour role will breakdown into
60% Project Delivery ( using Agile / Jira )
