EUC Engineer Job DescriptionNigel Frank are proud to represent a global law firm to assist their recruitment process in the search of an EUC Engineer. The client are a well established company with a long standing, impressive history in providing a high level service to 29 locations worldwide - which is a number they are forecast to continue growing in the very near future! They pride themselves on having an in-depth understanding of their clients and commitment to providing excellent standards of service, which has seen them establish themselves as a trusted advisor to local and global corporates, financial institutions and governments in all areas of commercial law.The role itself is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the opportunity and flexibility for you to secure a permanent position with the client if you so wish. Skillset wise they are looking for someone with technical capability within SCCM Infrastructure, Intune, Citrix XenDesktop, Windows Operating Systems - with desirable experience within Endpoint Management, Cloud Management and Powershell. The team are currently coming to the end of a large desktop transformation program moving to Windows 10 taking advantage of SCCM, AppV and Ivanti for user experience management - and are looking for someone who can be involved in their current deployment as well as taking the project to the next level.

Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver EUC related tasks as part of a wider project but also has the experience to identify issues and potential resolutions then manage the fix through to completion.Provide 3rd line support - liasing with customers and clients to a high degree of quality.Deploy applications on App-V infrastructure and carry out daily support and maintenance to the system if needed.

Skills & Qualifications SCCM infrastructure (creating / amending task sequences, expanding the environment as new offices are opened and configuring as well as day to day maintenance and monitoring). Experience within Citrix XenDesktop as well as Intune and App-V. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with clients and customers as well as the wider project team.Benefits Hybrid working pattern in either London or Glasgow: 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
