Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months with potential for further extension

Location: Largely remote with some Travel into London

Outside IR35

NPPV2 is essential

Mandatory/essential skills:

*Experienced agile business analyst used to working with complex technical services

*A strong team player with the ability to work at pace with a high degree of autonomy to drive progress.

*Experience of the application of business modelling, analysis, methods and tools to clearly present findings to aid the communication and understanding of different scenarios (existing, conceptual or proposed)

A strong background in agile and Business Analysis methodologies, techniques, and artefacts, including:

*A practitioner level of experience in User Story Development and Agile Development Techniques (e.g. Scrum, Lean, BDD).

*A practitioner level experience of process mapping (e.g. BPMN).

*A practitioner level of experience in conducting feasibility studies and options analysis, as well as business change and implementation.

*A practitioner level of experience in stakeholder management & engagement.

*A working knowledge of business case development, benefits management, and knowledge management.

*A working knowledge of influencing skills, conflict resolution, collaboration, and resilience.

*A working knowledge of planning, risk and issue management, quality management and change control.

*A working knowledge of visual leadership, inspiring others, innovation, and culture change

Desirable skills:

*Experience of working on integration services and/or platforms

*Experience of agile BA working in government or other, complex and diverse organisations, providing critical public services

*Experience of working with supplier and service migrations
