Are you a Cyber Security Engineer, looking for a progressively growing wealth management Company, who will invest in you?

Award winning financial technology company, who are embarking on a significant period of growth and aim to have the best wealth management platform in the industry, is looking to recruit a Cyber Security Engineer.

As the successful Cyber Security Engineer, you will manage, operate, maintain, and monitor the Cyber Security infrastructure, to ensure all systems and processes are configured in line with best practice, fully operational, and highly effective at defending the operating platform against prevailing threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.

Key skills/environment (not all essential):

*Able to demonstrate/describe practical experience in supporting, and securing IT Infrastructures, built on contemporary Microsoft and Open Source technologies

*Understand security principles and have a good working knowledge of security technologies such as network and application firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, AV, Web/Email protection, DLP etc.

*Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address risks, threats, alerts, and incidents

*Any Information Security accreditation; SSCP, CISSP, CCSP, or ISO27001 Lead implementer would be highly desirable, or recognized Microsoft accreditation; MCA, ASEA, MCSA, or MCSE

The Cyber Security Engineer, will work alongside DevOps and 3rd Party Vendors, to ensure that the technology stack is suitably hardened and provisioned in line with best practice, as well as ensure that an effective program of vulnerability patching is operated across the technology stack

You will support the ongoing improvement of BCP/CDR, and participate in the continuous review and improvement of ISMS and Cyber Security Infrastructure.
