As a reporting analyst you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of internal business reporting. Your work will support the development and growth of UNiDAYS and will range across all business areas. You are expected to become a trusted key point of contact for business stakeholders and you will be responsible for the development of insightful dashboards from the initial gathering requirements phase to designing and building repeatable reports and enabling quick responses to current and future business needs.
Day to day responsabilities
Design, develop, and test complex dashboard visualisations
Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand business problems and desired outcomes from new reports
Communicate new reports to wider business through presentations and demos
Uphold testing and QA processes and ensure your work is well documented
Tableau Server management (adding new users, setting permissions and scheduling data refreshes)
Collaborate with the team to ensure best design practices and push for innovate solutions
Support on and deliver ad-hoc data requests tickets
Support D&I department colleagues with work and professional development
Exploit the latest features and reporting capabilities of our software
What we need from you
Advanced Tableau Desktop development experience
Tableau Server administration is desirable
Proficient at writing SQL queries
Experience working with databases and large data volumes
Good communications skills and stakeholder management
Knowledge of design principles
