PERMANENT "Tech Lead / Lead Developer - Remote (Michigan) - $135,000"DISCLAIMER: This role is for PERMANENT hires only As a Tech Lead / Lead Developer you will envision product development and manage projects through completion. Responsibilities:Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate and manage software development and must be familiar with all the policies, procedures and technical issues related to software programming.Architect .NET and database-based solutions by studying existing technology architecture, analyzing browser compatibility, and evaluating solution alternatives for technical problems.Knowledge of software development using VB. net, C#, javascript, ASP .NET, HTML 5, etc.Lead problem solving solutions for customer problems including root cause analysis, overseeing solutions and informing leadership of timeline and results. Qualifications:Experienced Full Stack DeveloperFull software development life cycle (SDLC), and Product Life Cycle Mgt.
