As a Principal Test Engineer, you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:Influencing the setup and equipment in the lab Determining and implementing the most suitable automated test setup and strategyASIC TestingPhotonics TestingPackagingTo be considered for the Principal Test Engineer vacancy, you must have strong ASIC testing capability, an understanding of photonics or optical component testing, an aptitude for packaging, be comfortable making decisions surrounding lab capability, and have a strong understanding of an automated test language such as Python, LabVIEW or C++.
