Application Support Analyst (SQL Server SaaS) *Remote*. Tech for good company that provide a data centric SaaS platform used by thousands of schools across the UK is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team for a 6-month contract. The company is scaling out and expect to see a sharp increase in support queries therefore, an Application Support Analyst is required to assist with the workload. You'll be handling 2nd line customer support queries which have been escalated from the 1st Line Support Team and will work closely with the Support Team Lead to identify and report incidents and manage known problems. This is a fully remote role allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK or alternatively you can work from the Leeds (or London) based office.
