Job Title: Technical Enterprise Architect

Location: Warrington (Hybrid working options)

Salary Details: £60,000 - £100,000 Depending on experience

As a trusted and preferred recruitment partner to this successful well-positioned property company, they are embarking on a tech build-out for their successful franchises. They are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can help them achieve their vision to create a suite of apps to support their expanding franchise network. This individual will be taking on this greenfield project and given the autonomy to pull in the required development skills to carry out the strategic plan laid out by the board.

About the role

*Define the product vision

*Discovery-mapping through to go-to-market and review phase

*Planning and execution throughout the product build phase

*Recruiting the resources required to carry out the development, design & content

*Working closely with the operational staff, as well as stakeholders

*Leading, facilitating, and actively participating in problem-solving efforts and

product-related team workshops.

Tech Stack

Although this is a greenfield project, and the client is happy to start development from scratch, they currently have a CRM and other products which is built upon the Odoo platform. If this can be taken on and developed, this would be advantageous.

*Odoo Open-Source Platform

*Backend: Postgresql, Python 3 (Odoo 11.0 and up), XML

*Frontend: HTML, Javascript, QWeb (proprietary), XML

About You

Essential:

*Background in hands-on development

*Ability to translate the needs of the stakeholders to the development team

*Experience with platform or product management delivery in a SaaS company with high growth

Desirable:

*Experience working with (or founding) a start-up would be an advantage

*Experience with Odoo
