Role: Support Analyst - Out of Hours
Location: Remote - Birmingham/Coventry
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Type: Permanent
 
Premier Group are currently engaged with a large established client in the Birmingham area, who require a Support Analyst to join the team due to a growth within the business over the last year. This is a new position within the business and training will be offered!
 
The successful Support Analyst will be responsible for frontline support to users and employees across the business, including across central Europe. This position will support multiple platforms, bespoke and ‘out of the box, hardware and software- these are listed separately.
 
Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
Incident management skills understanding the process required to manage incidents including identifying priority, incident response and resolution SLA’s, first time resolution, and escalation.Excellent problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate, resolve or escalate to appropriate internal or external resourceIn-depth knowledge of systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenContinuous Improvement mindset - embracing, suggesting and implementing process improvements and cost savings
